Konvensyen Belia BSMM Daerah Petaling

One of our advisors had an opportunity to participate in a Youth Convention (Konvensyen Belia). The convention that was organised by Jawatankuasa Belia BSMM Daerah Petaling was held in Hotel Mercure, Selayang. The event started at 8.00am and ended around the 6.00pm. The event was attended by youth from all walks of life including school students, college and university students, working sectors as well as educators. The event started with welcoming speech by En Ahmad Azeem Bin Ahmad Raslan (Pengerusi Belia BSMM Daerah Petaling) followed by officiating speech given by Prof Madya Dr Abdul Ali Bin Raja Mohamed (Timbalan Pengerusi BSMM Negeri Selangor). The event then continued with a talk on Youth Role in Shah Alam Flood Tragedy and Covid-19 given by En Ahmad Azeem. After that series of talks were given by prominent members of MRC such as Tuan Palany A/L Murugayah (Pengarah BSMM Negeri Selangor) on BSMM Rules, Regulations and Roadmap; Pn Suhana Binti Sidik (Naib Pengerusi BSMM Kebangsaan)...

Meet-up #3 (Perjumpaan 3): Anthem, Pledge and Marching Drill

The third meet-up was held today (11th May 2022) from 2.30 pm until 4.30 pm. During this meet-up, all MRC members were firstly taught on BSMM's anthem and pledge. After the singing practice, all students were then taught on basic marching drill such as 'kanan lurus', 'pandang depan', 'cepat jalan' etc.

World Red Cross & Red Crescent Day Special Assembly

Malaysian Red Crescent Society of SK Jalan U3 had organised a special assembly to celebrate the World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day at the school level. The event was attended by all the teachers as well as the students of SK Jalan U3 and officiated by the headmaster, En. Mohd Rozali Bin Senik.  The assembly started with the recitation of doa, singing of the national and BSMM anthem as well as the recitation of BSMM pledge. The event then had invited Muhammad Aliyy Abqariy bin Abdullah, Head of BSMM for Year 6 to deliver his speech. After the ceremony was successfully officiated, our headmaster had kindly made an in-promtu quiz complete with a bunch of presents by asking the students about the history of red cross and red crescent society.  Students and teachers were then entertained with an action song performance entitled Kindness.
